Is the hiring done directly with iinWork?
No. While many of my clients are U.S.-based startups (mainly from YC), I also collaborate with companies from other countries that need fast, high-quality recruiting.
Do you only work with U.S. startups?
Usually, if you’re hiring outside the U.S., the person will be a contractor.This means they receive a gross salary and handle their own social security and taxes in their country of residence.
Are there additional payroll costs?
During the profile briefing, I clarify the exact level you need:Someone who understands English well but doesn’t use it constantly? Or someone fluent and accent-neutral because they’ll interact directly with clients?I personally evaluate and test each candidate’s English level in interviews to ensure it meets your requirements.
How is the English level validated?
Once we define the profile together, I present you with ideal candidates within a maximum of 5 business days.
The total time depends on your internal process (number of interviews, challenges, business cases, etc.), which I can also help you build.
